This forest is privately owned.

When purchased in 2013  the property already had 219 ha of mature forest established in 1986 and 200 ha established in 1992.

The forest is located on Blairlogie-Langdale Road, 38 km from the town of Masterton and 129 km from the Wellington log export port.
