This Forest is Privately Owned
Three Ridges Forest is the 87th forest established by Roger DIckie (N.Z.) Ltd and as the name suggests it, is made up of three individual properties in three separate locations with a total planted area of 370 hectares.
Pine Farm Forest: Located on Tiniroto Road some 48Kms from Gisborne city and port. The Tiniroto property was planted in 2000 with high grade GF 19 Pinus Radiata seedlings and has a net stocked area of 42.7 ha
Woodend Forest: located on Kotare Road 1 Km off Tiniroto Road and 85 kms from Gisborne city and port. Woodend Forest was planted in 1995, 96 and 99 with high grade GF 19 Pinus Radiata seedlings and has a net stocked area of 153.6 ha
Reynolds Forest: located off Mangaoae Road a short forestry road accessed from Ahirau Road some 42 Kms from Gisborne city and port. The Te Karaka block was planted in June 2012 with high grade GF19 Pinus Radiata seedlings and has a net stocked area of 173.7 ha
The combined Three Ridges Forest has a total planted area of 370 hectares.
